Hynett's spiral centrifugal pump is a new type of non-clogging pump. It has a very wide application prospect in sewage treatment, environmental protection (river dredging, silt and sand transportation), paper industry (high concentration paper transportation), fishery (live fish, shrimp, etc.), sugar industry, food (potato, beet and other lumpy vegetables), petrochemical industry and other industries and functions.
It can be widely used in municipal sewage, industrial sewage, domestic sewage and other sewage treatment processes. Screw centrifugal pump can transport solid content of up to 18% of the liquid, sludge and fiber material content of 14% of the sewage, truly non-clogging transport characteristics.
In a variety of sewage media, widely containing particles, long fibers, often blocked. One reason is that a lot of construction waste has not been cleaned up in time before the pump room is used, and many loose small stones, small steel bars, etc. Another reason is that the sewage itself contains all kinds of garbage and sundries, especially fibrous substances, etc., which will snowball in the water pump through interception, and the more entangled it becomes, the more the impeller will be blocked and the equipment will stop running.
The advantage of non-clogging of the screw centrifugal pump is that the impeller has a twisted spiral blade, which is extended along the axial direction by the suction port, and the radius of the blade gradually increases to form a very open spiral flow channel. The shell is composed of three parts: suction port, inner lining and volute. The impeller of suction port produces spiral propulsion, while the impeller of volute produces centrifugal action. The acute angle part of blade inlet guides the sundries to the axial attachment, and then uses spiral action to push them along the axis. After entering the impeller, the solid particles enter the pump body along the paraboloid formed by the rotation of the spiral blade under the action of balanced spiral force, however, the trajectory of the particles through the screw centrifugal pump is gradual, so the flow is in a smooth open channel, and it is under low stress and low mixed flow conditions through the pump. And this unique design also allows for the non-blocking passage of liquids with high solids content.
For particularly soft and easy-to-wind hair and other fine fibers, the impeller inlet lining is designed with a unique protrusion that can effectively leave these fibers behind the impeller, so that the impeller is located behind the protective ring, which not only prevents the impeller tip from hooking the fibers and causing blockage, but also prevents the impeller tip from being damaged due to fiber winding around the impeller, thus solving the fiber blockage problem of traditional non-clogging pumps.
